Once upon a time, I chose sin over the goodness of God. At every turn, I was beaten so down to the point of breaking. I pleaded with the Lord, but then suddenly, I was shattered. I cried out again, but then I was scattered. Many generations have come and gone, but all this He did to finally bring us back together as one!
You can’t be whole until you are broken. Are you ready to fall apart?
“If you want God to put you back together, you’re going to have to first be broken… It is painful, yes, I know. “However painful, it’s part of the ridding of the old self and the building up of the new you in Jesus Christ. It’s a necessity in order to strengthen you and grow you in faith, character, love, discernment and wisdom.
“The journey was never promised to be an easy one. The promise is at the end of the journey when, on bended knee, you realize that all throughout your brokenness, (Jesus, having Himself suffered immensely for you), was holding each intricate piece carefully within His wounded hands as He, piece by piece, formed you into His perfect clay pot.
“And then after, filling you up with the living water that only comes from His wondrous, perfect love!
“When you are broken and face the storms in life with Christ, it is then you are able to feel other people’s pain and help to carry their burdens as a testimony and strength to them of Jesus Christ.“Cry out, “Abba! Father! Mold me today into Your vessel! For I am always Your artwork in the making. Such a beautiful precious work of art IN YOU I long to be! I want to be more like You and less like me! Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ mighty name…praise You for breaking me and making me more beautiful and precious in every way than I was before! For You are the author and finisher of my faith! In Jesus’ name, amen!””

“Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will announce My words to you.” Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something on the wheel. But the vessel that he was making of clay was spoiled in the hand of the potter; so he remade it into another vessel, as it pleased the potter to make. “Then the word of the LORD came to me saying, “”Can I not, O house of Israel, deal with you as this potter does? ” declares the LORD. “Behold, like the clay in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel.”” Jeremiah 18:2-6
“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves; we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying about in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. For we who live are constantly being delivered over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. So death works in us, but life in you.” 2 Corinthians 4:7-12
“I will whistle for them and gather them together, For I have redeemed them; And they will be as numerous as they were before.
9 When I scatter them among the peoples,They will remember Me in distant countries, And they with their children will live and come back.
10 I will bring them back from the land of Egypt And gather them from Assyria; And I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon
Until no room can be found for them.
11 And they will pass through the sea of distress And He will strike the waves in the sea, So that all the depths of the Nile will dry up; And the pride of Assyria will be brought down, And the scepter of Egypt will depart.
12 And I will strengthen them in the Lord, And in His name they will walk,” declares the Lord.” Zechariah 10:8-12
